We are open 365 days a year and 24 hours a day. Arrive anytime to Interlaken and be welcomed day or night at Balmer’s. Come in summer and enjoy our outdoor Biergarten and Grill, or relax inside in winter and enjoy the log fire and cosy atmosphere.
