Use of the services Online Booking of Youth Hostel 4 You.
Services Online Booking: The online booking services aim to book a room or a bed in Youth Hostel 4You. The use of these services implies the full and unreserved acceptance, and validity of each and every one of the conditions stipulated in the latest updated version of these general conditions.
Contracting procedure: By using the service, the user will receive an email confirmation which includes your reference number in the booking. This email is using as proof of your reservation and confirmation of acceptance.
Guarantee and cancellation policy: After receiving confirmation of your reservation. Youth hostel 4You will conduct an automatic charge on your credit card through a secure payment with our bank, of 25% of the total of the reservation, leaving the remaining amount outstanding paid by the customer directly at the hotel. If the stay were 2 nights or less there will be a charge for the full amount of the reserve. Both amounts will be detailed in your booking confirmation.
For 7 days before arrival cancellations and justified causes cancellations, we won’t apply cancellation fees. For 48 hours before arrival cancellations, you will be charged 1 night's cost. For cancellations made less than 48h before arrival and in case of no-show at the hotel on arrival without notice of cancellation will be charged 100% of deposit paid to book. Youth Hostel 4You will charge your card automatically by the amount corresponding to the applicable cancellation charges, leaving the reservation cancelled.
In case of departure before the booked date, you will be charged the entire stay, except for justified causes. To cancel a booking, our reservation team will attend you in a personalized manner.
Prices per person per night with breakfast: The prices on our website include VAT.
Using services
